When I went to go and visit my granddaughter in New York City a few weeks ago, I had a big goal to achieve while I was there. I was determined to see The Phantom of the Opera. I've always heard really great things about it and they were well deserved!
This was also my first time to New York City, so I did a lot of research about it online on the Broadway play. While I was doing that I ran across the site http://hearingaids.miracle-ear.com/hearing-locations/north-carolina/c/charlotte/ and actually went and got fitted with some hearing aids before I took my trip up there.
It was so hot there when I was there that I feel like all I did was sweat. So I was so glad that we were in a theater for at least a few hours seeing anything, much less Phantom of the Opera! It really was so magical and I was so impressed by it all! I see why it's the longest running show there!

Going to the Beach for Spring Break
Guest post written by Neil Luckas
I can't remember the last time that I went to the beach. My family always likes to go on vacations where we go and look at historical things or go to the mountains instead of going somewhere tropical and warm, which I would greatly prefer. So when I started planning my spring break for this year, I decided that I would definitely go somewhere that has a beach so I can lounge around on it all day, every day that I'm there.
It wasn't too hard to convince my friends that we should go to Mexico for our break. But then I had to figure out the benefits of different destinations in! Mexico. When I was doing this research, I came across some information about get.wildblue.com that I passed along to my parents, who read the info and switched over their internet service afterward.
We actually settled on spending our beach spring break at Cozumel. My aunt and uncle went there a year ago and couldn't stop talking about how fantastic it was.

We Need Nick on the Radio, Pronto!
I have always loved Nick Dipaolo's comedy, but for me, a severe talk-radio junkie, I would give a left one to get him back on the radio. I listened and was hooked when I heard him on "K-ROCK" (station turned out to be A Krock), then followed him to blogtalkradio and caught most of his guest spots on Dennis Miller's joint.
If you've heard ANY of his radio banter, you just know he's a perfect fit. Maybe we need to get Dennis Miller to come through on his critique of Nick's guest hosting. Dennis said (paraphrasing...)"We need to get this guy his own show"! I couldn't agree more.
